Microsoft purchased Navision® Software approximately 18 months ago. Navision Software is a client/server-based accounting and business management solutions Navision. Navision Software a/s was founded in Denmark in 1984. Our corporate network spans 17 countries: Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Germany, Iceland, Lithuania, the Netherlands, Norway, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the USA.

The Navision Software corporation employs more than 200 people. Navision Software's worldwide dealer network consists of more than 800 value-adding solution centers where 3,500 Navision professionals provide service for the more than 20,000 customers that have chosen an accounting and business management solution from Navision Software.

Navision Financials was the first international accounting and business management solution in the world to be awarded the "Designed for Microsoft Windows XP" logo and the "Windows 2003 Server Compatible" logo.
